A TRIBUTE TO NICKY

Nicky, a cute and energetic Pomeranian X Splitz, has gone to the Pet Heaven on January 25, 2006. Nicky was a good friend to Snowy, a good friend to everyone. He was my family's first pet (specifically, my sister's pet). Yup, yup, Snowy was only bought after to accompany Nicky.

Everyday, he happily watched everyone to go to work and happily started off everyone's day.
Everyday, he happily stood behind the front door and waited for everyone to get off work.
Everyday, he happily played with everyone.
Every night, he urged everyone not to work too late and go to bed early.

Nicky was a superior dog, he was very smart and loving to everyone. Some of his famous tricks were:
  • Talking with Crayon Siu Sun every morning and say “Ohayo! Ohayo!”;
  • Opening his own cage with his paw;
  • Urging me to go to bed after 1:00am (although, I rarely listened to him);
Nicky was sick suddenly starting from Friday, January 20, 2006. We first placed him to the Veterinary Emergency Clinic because it was late on the weekend. On Monday morning, we quickly placed him to Markham Veterinary Clinic. Due to the severity of Nicky’s tumor, we were recommended to put him to sleep. Up to the very last minute, Nicky was still very brave, loyal, and happy.

Even though, Nicky is physically apart from us, he still lives vividly in everyone’s mind.


Even with the unfortunate that happened, I would like to say thanks to the staffs in Markham Veterinary Clinic. They were very helpful, kind, and considerate. Thanks.
